Firms Once funds have reached the United Methodist Foundation of Western Pennsylvania, we utilize the services of some of the nation's foremost investment groups. They have capabilities in investments, research law, accounting, and trading, and are equipped to meet virtually any investment need. UBS serves as custodian for all of our securities. Their electronic reporting enables our investment professionals to manage the accounts in real time. Yanni Partners provides a quarterly review of the investment performance of our funds and monitors the compliance of the managers of our funds to the adopted Funds Management Policy. The Foundation also has retained the firm of Sherrard, German & Kelly, P.C. as its legal counsel, and the accounting firm of KFMR Katz Ferraro McMurtry, P.C. to provide an annual independent audit. Working in combination with these professional firms enables the Foundation to make the high-quality decisions necessary to assure a successful funds management approach for our clients. |
