At the United Methodist Foundation of Western Pennsylvania,
we desire to offer quality programming that will enhance the
future ministries of the churches of the Western Pennsylvania
Annual Conference. We offer financial services and educational
assistance in the following ways:

Annual Giving Programs make available a variety of resources
through the Foundation that assist congregations in funding their
ministry on a consistent basis. Stressing the need to give out of
discipleship, these programs offer a unique approach.

Capital Campaigns at numerous churches have benefited from the
Foundation’s Planning Studies and “Find Us Faithful” campaign
materials. With our assistance, churches have raised significant
funds to expand and repair buildings, launch new programs, and
retire debt.

Endowment Development can provide a stable source of income
for ministry. From creating policy to providing sample promotional
materials, our experienced staff can help you develop an
endowment fund for your church.

Funds Management is an area in which the Foundation has long
been a leader, by using professionally managed accounts with a
commitment to socially responsible investing. Through the leverage
gained by a common investment pool, your church can more
effectively achieve a competitive rate of return with long-term growth.

Estate Planning is an area of particular importance to many people.
The Foundation has developed a seminar entitled “Estate Planning
and Your Legacy of Faith” that could help you and others in your church.
