Obtaining major gifts from individuals, corporations, or foundations requires a well-thought-out, finely crafted proposal. At the United Methodist Foundation of Western Pennsylvania, we can help you research funding sources and prepare proposals and supporting materials to aid your church or agency.

We have an experienced grant writer on our staff to assist you in preparing applications to such organizations and potential governmental sources. Our grant writer can provide counsel as to the likelihood that a grant would be awarded to you, as well as the editing of material necessary to comply with the guidelines of a specific grant application.

Periodically, we offer a Grants Workshop to help in understanding the processes involved in seeking funding from corporations and foundations. Any scheduled workshops will be noted on our Events/Webinars page.
