Lisa C. Young

CFRE, CAP, Senior Fund Development Consultant

Lisa C. Young, CFRE, CAP®, serves as a Senior Fund Development Consultant for the United Methodist Foundation of Western Pennsylvania. Her responsibilities include conducting our capital campaigns for local churches and providing fund development plans for our related agencies.

In addition to her position with the Foundation, Lisa is the Director of Planned Giving for the Salvation Army. She has extensive experience in fund development, and has held positions at Abraxas, Holy Family Institute, and the University of Pittsburgh.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Lisa also holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Pitt’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. In addition to these degrees, she also holds Certificates in Human Resources Management from La Roche College and in Nonprofit Management from the University of Pittsburgh, and has earned professional designations as a Certified Fund Raising Executive and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy®.

Lisa is a resident of the North Hills of Pittsburgh. Her home church is the First Christian Church of Washington, PA.
