Alexis Shaffer

Administrative Assistant

Alexis Shaffer is the Administrative Assistant for the United Methodist Foundation of Western Pennsylvania. Her responsibilities include assisting the Executive Director, Director of Programs, and Field Staff with their daily administrative needs. She also works closely with the Executive Director in the coordination and distribution of materials needed for Board of Directors and Committee meetings. Alexis is also an important contact person for the organization, often the “first voice” of the Foundation heard by our clients.

She is a graduate of LaRoche College where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Management, and was a member of Psi Chi, the National Honor Society in Psychology.

Alexis has also been active in community outreach, working primarily with individuals having special needs. She currently resides in Bellevue.
